Nicole Curls Lewis is Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of APG, where she leads operations, systems, and talent development. She is responsible for performance across development and portfolio operations.

She focuses on driving clarity, accountability, and alignment—ensuring teams and systems support consistent execution.

Nicole brings over 25 years of experience across real estate, architecture, engineering, and construction.

Nicole holds a Professional Coaching Certification, a B.S. in Business Management from Pepperdine University, and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.
