APG has partnered with CCI to renovate a sustainable and energy-efficient property in Sacramento, CA. The property is an affordable senior housing compound spanning 12 acres. The team has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to conserving resources and taking sustainable action with the latest project, Sacramento Manor.
