Accounting Manager

As Accounting Manager, Marquich is responsible for the execution of the company’s day-to-day accounting functions, supporting accurate and timely financial reporting across the portfolio.

He brings over 14 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and property accounting, with expertise in financial reporting, job cost accounting, and multi-entity accounting environments.

Marquich holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Finance from Westfield State University.
