Director of Asset Management

As Director of Asset Management, Emily leads APG’s portfolio oversight, including financial reporting, compliance monitoring, capital planning, and long-term asset strategy. She provides the leadership needed to evaluate performance, guide operating and capital decisions for APG’s assets.

Emily brings more than 25 years of experience in affordable, mixed-income, and multifamily housing. Her background spans asset management, development, construction oversight, lease-up, stabilization, refinancing, budgeting, capital planning, and portfolio-level financial analysis.

Emily’s leadership supports APG’s focus on disciplined ownership and strong portfolio performance.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Social Science from Humboldt State University.
