As a second-generation leader of the family-founded business, Dani leads with a clear sense of responsibility to both the work and the people behind it. She sets a high bar for quality and prioritizes alignment across the organization.

She brings together finance and development to ensure decisions are thoughtful, grounded, and aligned with the company’s broader direction, working across the organization and with external partners to set priorities and drive key decisions.
